The Paralegal Association of Wisconsin recently honored Senior Paralegal Anita Seering with the organization's prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. Anita joined Ruder Ware in 1978, a time when the title of paralegal was relatively unknown in this region. She invented the position at the firm, leading by example, and laying the foundation for what today comprises the firm's diverse paralegal team. Eventually, Anita rose to senior paralegal where she continues to advocate for the role of paralegals, assists in their training, and plays an integral role in improving workflow and other procedures. In the words of one of Anita's mentees, “Anita's wisdom, expertise, and encouragement have been instrumental in my success as a paralegal.” Please join us in celebrating Anita's achievement. #AwesomeParalegal #LifetimeAchievement #ThankAParalegal
